Heh I was binge watching some P&F cartoons and when I saw the episodes about Doofenshmirtz's titanium arms, I had to doodle this. Also I wanted to draw Perry being pet WAY to hard. Hope y'all like this. First time drawing them seriously...kind of. Meh...
